Where is my order?
Once your order has been sent, you will be emailed a tracking number and courier company. You can use this number to trace your order online via the courier's website. However, the online tracking does not always work. If you are in a rural area, chances are the courier company has outsourced the delivery to your local courier company and the tracking may not display this. Please allow extra days for rural deliveries.
What to do if your order hasn't arrived, seems stuck somewhere on the tracking or the tracking isn't working The fastest way to solve the issue is to call the courier company and give them your tracking number. They will be able to tell you exactly what is going on. The description of your goods is either grey satchel or cardboard box. Chances are you simply were not home when the courier came and they forgot to leave a calling card, and you can organise another delivery with them, or pick the item up from the closest depot. Alternatively, you can email us if your order hasn't arrived and we can submit an inquiry for you (this is slower).

What payment methods are accepted?
